How We Do Floors
1
MEASURE & SELECT
We visit your home with samples, laser-measure the space, and verify the subfloor condition.
2
PREP & LEVEL
Crucial Step: We grind high spots and fill low spots. Flat subfloors mean no squeaks later.
3
INSTALL & TRIM
We install the flooring and finish with brand new baseboards or quarter-round for a perfect edge.
Why LVP in Bend?
Hardwood is beautiful, but it hates the High Desert. The dry air shrinks the planks, and the melting snow from ski boots warps the finish. Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) is the solution. It looks like wood, feels warm underfoot, but is 100% waterproof and scratch-resistant against volcanic dust.
Flooring FAQ
Do you remove the old carpet?
Yes. We offer full tear-out and disposal services. We will rip up the old carpet and pad, haul it away, and prep the subfloor. (Disposal fees apply).
Can you install over existing tile?
Sometimes. If the tile is flat and secure, we can often "float" the LVP over it. If the tile is uneven, we may need to use a self-leveling compound or remove it entirely. We will verify this during the measure.
Does the price include baseboards?
Baseboards are usually quoted as a separate line item because styles vary. We can re-install your existing trim (if it survives removal) or install brand new Craftsman-style baseboards for a modern look.
